It’s a privilege and a dream come true to join the FIMAV team as Director of Operations and Logistics. With a double bachelor’s degree in acting and teaching, I’ve worked and worked as an actress, singer, performer, improviser, teacher, director, coordinator, member of the Union des Artistes, massage therapist, coach, and alchemist in a variety of settings: Performance halls, cultural centers, schools, Relais pour la Vie, churches, outdoor stages, off-the-beaten-track venues, and all this in many different regions! I’ve evolved in contexts that have pushed me to broaden my creative and professional horizons, and to amplify my humanity.

I started out at the festival as an administrative assistant, and then worked as head usher for several years. So it makes sense that I should be even more enthusiastic about getting involved! My role encompasses planning, organising, coordinating, and supervising the various sectors: recruitment, kitchen, QG, transportation, accommodation, ushers, volunteers, satellite events, partnerships, sponsors, and administration, to ensure a memorable experience for our team, artists and audience alike.
