- Tickets and passports are non refundables and non exchangeables.

- The reservation's confirmation sometimes ends up in the email spam box. Check it out!
- Tickets must be picked up at Productions Plateforme Inc.'s desk up to one hour before the first concert or film screening you are going to attend. Then they will be taken to the venue's ticket office. Bring an ID card.
